Facility

Our climate controlled plant has over 20,000 square feet of floor space and over 100 pieces of equipment.

Turning

We have 6 Hurco CNC lathes with a capacity of up to 20” diameter. We also have multiple manual lathes with a capacity of up to 24” diameter.

Grinding

We offer ID, OD, surface grinding and honing capabilities and can hold tolerances as tight as .0002”.

Gear Hobbing & Shaping

With hundreds of cutters in inventory, we can meet your specifications for internal and external gears and splines.

Other Operations

  • We can saw material up to 12” diameter. We also have a large inventory of various sizes and materials on hand.

  • We have hundreds of broaches and bushings in inventory for thru keyways as well as slotting capability for blind keyways.

Milling

We have 5 Hurco CNC mills and multiple Bridgeport manual mills.
